Who we are

Auditle is an accessibility-auditing tool. For the purposes of UK GDPR, the data controller is the operator of this Auditle instance. Contact: kourosh@kourosh.design.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, and optionally a first/last name and company you provide.
  • Access-request data: details you submit when requesting access (name, company, what you’d like to audit).
  • Audit data: the URLs you submit and the results we generate (issues, screenshots of the pages you scan).
  • Authentication: a single essential session cookie (sl_session) to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To authenticate you, run the audits you request, show your results, and operate and secure the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis

We process account and audit data to perform the service you ask for (contract), and to keep the service secure (legitimate interests). Access-request data is processed with your consent.

Retention

We keep your account and audit data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which erases your account and associated scans.

Your rights

Under UK/EU GDPR you can access, correct, export, or erase your data, and object to or restrict processing. In the app: Profile → Download my data (portability) and Delete my account (erasure). For anything else, email us.

Sub-processors

We use Resend to send sign-in and notification emails, and host the app on Vercel and Railway. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Changes

We’ll update this page if our practices change. This document is a good-faith summary and not legal advice.
